You can submit documentation to the Registry by emailing to mrtq.registry@maine.edu, faxing to 780-4511, or mailing to the address at the bottom of this page. If timeliness is an issue, we recommend email if possible. Please note that we are unable to verify elective training that was completed more than 5 years ago. There is no time limit for college transcripts or other education documentation.

About the Registry
The Maine Roads to Quality Registry is the core of Maine’s professional recognition system. The Registry uses a member’s work, education, and training histories, along with any professional credentials, to assign a Level on the appropriate Career Lattice. After joining the Registry, members have a convenient way of tracking ongoing training and educational accomplishments.
